FACILITY RENTAL PACKAGES

Rental Contract Document

Overnight Package 1:  Available on Fridays and Saturdays

Groups may rent the YMCA Facility (wood gym, pool 9:30 – 11:30, meeting room, kitchen, and recreation room) for overnight lock-ins and retreats for a basic fee of $250. 

This price is based on 40 participants.  There is a $5.00 fee for each additional person.

An extra lifeguard is required for groups over 35.

Renters are responsible for all clean-up.

Overnight Rentals will start at 9:15 p.m. and run to 6:00 a.m.

Returnable deposit will be mailed to you after facilities have been inspected by a YMCA.

This price is based on 40 participants.  There is a $5.00 fee for each additional person.

An extra lifeguard is required for groups over 35.

Overnight Rentals will start at 5:30 p.m. and run to 9:00 p.m.

Overnight Fee: $175          Extra Lifeguard ($15/hr)          Returnable Deposit: $100

Girl Scout/Troop or

Birthday Party Package (Groups 10 people or less): Available on Saturday or Sundays (when open)

Includes the use of pool for one hour and meeting room for one hour for a fee of $45.00

Girl Scout/Troop or   

Birthday Party Package (Groups 11 people or more): Available on Saturday or Sundays (when open)

NEED At Least two weeks advance notice Includes the use of pool for one hour and meeting room for one hour for a fee of $60.00   Additional fee of $2.00 for children over the number of 11.
