FACILITY RENTAL PACKAGES
$100 DEPOSIT PLUS RETURN OF CONTACT IS DUE 1 WEEK AFTER THE EVENT DATE IS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED, TO SECURE EVENT DATE
Overnight Rental Package 1: Available on Fridays and Saturdays 9:15 PM - 6:00 AM - $375.00 Includes use of both gyms, pool, meeting room, kitchen, and game room. This price is base on 40 participants. There is a $5.00 fee for each additional child participant. After 6 Adults, there will be a $5.00 fee for each additional adult. Lifeguard Ratio is 1 guard to 25 swimmers. If more than 25 swimmers are expected at a time, a second lifeguard is required at fee of $15/hr of swim time. Renters are responsible for all clean-up. Returnable deposit will be mailed to you in the form of a check, after the facility has been inspected & accepted in reasonable condition by a YMCA employee

Package C: Experience the YMCA! Available
Saturdays Includes the use of pool for one hour, recreation room, gym, and meeting room for total of three hours! 10 kids or less: $75 11-20 kids: $100
Package D: Gymnastics Galore! Available
Saturdays Includes the use of Gymnastic room and meeting room for total of two hours! Groups 10 or less ($50)
Package E: The Perfect Baby or Bridal Shower Available
Saturdays Includes the use of the meeting room for 2 hours. Up to 50 guests: $40 Additional hour: $10
* Note: The YMCA pool, recreation room and gyms are open to members during the rental package time. Kids
enter the pool as a group. …only 25 people in the pool per one
lifeguard. Children
under the age of 8 years old must have an adult accompany them in the
pool. Supervisor is to arrive 15 minutes early and report the kids that are attending.
