Martial Arts is about achieving inner peace within one self.

Martial Arts trains the spirit, mind, and body

individually and then combines all three to become as one.

Martial arts is for everyone, its just a matter of adjusting the training to one’s needs.

Spirit:  Believing in oneself is where it all starts.  Throwing out the negative and building on the positive.

Mind:   Focus, discipline, and making ones senses sharper

Body:   Balance, coordination, and good overall physical fitness

Kids Kick Drugs Karate Day
Master George Dwenger designs a very special day for youngsters that move them towards making positive choices in their lives and on the consequences and effects of drugs and alcohol on the body and brain. Snack and lunch will be provided.
The children finish the day by performing in an obstacle course and watching Black Belts perform demonstrations and instructional techniques, concluding with the kid's favorite event * breaking boards.
