YMCAs have led health and wellness programs for people of all ages, incomes and abilities for more than a century. We focus on overall wellness, empowering you to tailor your own plan toward healthier living by choosing how you will accomplish your wellness goals. The whole approach means you have many options and lots of support as you choose your path to a healthier new you!
At the Southeastern Indiana YMCA, we have the facilities, equipment, programs and staff to support you and every member of your family. Make new friends, increase your self-confidence and improve your spiritual, mental and physical health.

We offer over 25 Group Adult Fitness Classes. Participate at your own pace and continue throughout the year. Babysitting in the Toy Room is available for most class times. For an updated schedule of class times please view our Group Fitness Schedule.
Whether you are a competitive athlete, or you just want to lose a few pounds, our personal trainers can help you achieve your goals. Our trainers' expert advice and personalized attention can provide you with the edge to overcome motivation and fitness plateaus.
Everyone, and particularly older adults, can benefit greatly from both water- and land-based cardiovascular, strength and flexibility programs.  The Y offers several group classes designed especially for seniors.  Also, comprehensive personal fitness programs may be designed to meet an individual's particular needs.
