Body Sculpt: This class continually challenges participants while you work the entire body and tone your muscles in a fun environment.

 Boot Camp: Are you up for the challenge? This class is not for the weak of body, mind, or heart. This class will take your exercise program to a higher level of intensity. No messing around in this class. Cardio, strength, agility, a little bit of everything will be in this class. Recommended for intermediate to advance fitness levels. Heart rate monitor also recommended.
 
Cardio Combo: Low and high impact but challenging class focusing on developing muscular strength & cardio endurance.  Various intensity levels allow you to work at your own pace with a variety of equipment weights, bands, Bosu and flexibility work too!
 
Cardio Dance: Even if you say you can't dance, you will have fun and get a great workout moving to the music.
 
Cardio Fusion: Keep your feet moving and your heart pumping.  Class combines low and high impact aerobics.

  Cardio Kick: This class is a combination of punching & Kicking moves with ab work. Strengthen your core and create a great cardio workout.

 
 
Corepole: One pole and multiple resistance bands give you a workout that focuses on strength, cardio, flexibility and stability.

 
 
Core Strength & Spinal Stability: This class is aimed at increasing participants' core strength and spinal stability.  The workout will help recondition the back and abdominal muscles surrounding the spine, key for enhancing athletic performance and eliminating workout-related injuries.
 
Cycling: Are you looking for something new for your workout? This non impact workout caters to all ability levels by challenging beginners and advanced cylists. Ride to the music while your instructors guide you through hills, sprints & flats.
 
 
Pilates: Strengthen the core of your body, lengthen muscles and relieve stress. Excellent way to increase muscular endurance, improve flexibility & tone muscles.

  Power Yoga: Deep, energizing breaths combined with fluid movement & challenging poses. This yoga is geared for intermediate Yogi's with a little more challenging flow than a typical yoga class.
 
Silver SneakersCombine fun with fitness in these classes that are physician approved specifically for the Active Older Adult.
  Step N' Tone:  Step Aerobics with energetic routines for all fitness levels.  Smooth transitions, interesting patterns, different intensity levels and advanced options.  Progress at your own pace!
