This class is not for the weak of body, mind, or heart. This class will take your exercise program to a higher level of intensity. No messing around in this class. Cardio, strength, agility, a little bit of everything will be in this class. Recommended for intermediate to advance fitness levels. Heart rate monitor also recommended. This class is one of the YMCA's seasonal specialty classes. |
