Aerobic Programs and Cycling Programs

All regularly aerobic classes are included in membership.  Free to Members

Instructors are subject to change.  Lunch time classes are shortened to 40-45 minutes,

otherwise classes are 60 minutes (except Cycling which is 45 minutes.)


Indoor Cycling Class
Are you looking for something new for your workout? This non impact workout caters to all ability levels.
Winter Indoor Training Rides
Held Sunday Mornings from 10:30 - 12:30 P.M. 9 weeks through January through February depending on weather, use the Y's indoor cycling bikes or bring your own bike and stationary trainer.

STEP Aerobics
All Fitness Levels Basic STEP moves using Reebok steps and risers. Beginning moves with combination patterns will enhance your cardiovascular workout.

Pilates
This program is designed to sculpt your body, tone muscles, and help you lose weight all at the same time. It is a non-impact workout.

Yoga
This class incorporates exercise, stretching, and deep breathing to promote strength, flexibility, and relaxation. It is for all ages and fitness levels. A mat of your own is highly recommended.

Offers a variety in the hour long class. 

Activity is split up with 30 minutes dedicated to one activity,

then 30 minutes for another activity.

CorePole
The company's slogan is "Step out of the box and into the circle." Moving around the pole allows you to work the body in several planes, enabling the body to become stronger and more efficient in everyday activities. Cardiovascular endurance along with muscular strength and endurance will be improved through participating in this class. Fun and exciting without being high impact.


Boot Camp
Are you up for the challenge? This class is not for the weak of body, mind, or heart. This class will take your exercise program to a higher level of intensity. No messing around in this class. Cardio, strength, agility, a little bit of everything will be in this class Do not be late to class or else suffer the consequences. Recommended for intermediate to advance fitness levels. Heart rate monitor also recommended. Medical waiver necessary.
