Our Silver Sneakers classes are physician approved specifically for "seniors" and run Monday through Thursday, 10-11am every week. The classes are great fun and building in attendance! There is a social and light snack following the exercise class the 4th Monday of every month year round.

Water Fitness Classes and Water Arthritis classes come with no stress on the joints, free/easy movement in the water (you may wear a life preserver, several participants do) and you will begin to realize these classes work and give you life-changing results!
Beginning Zumba - Just come in and do what you can. Relax and enjoy!
JUMP START YOUR FITNESS PROGRAM: Take the four personal training sessions for $100 and receive one on one attention for one hour each session or share the hours with a friend or relative. Split the cost and double your pleasure.
